GENERAL: In these Official Rules, "you" or "your" or “entrant” means the person who has entered the Sweepstakes. By entering in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by: (i) the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules; and (ii) any and all decisions of Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to permanently disqualify any entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes runs from 12:01AM January 13, 2026 until 11:59PM January 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). During the Entry Period, you may enter this Sweepstakes by visiting our webpage at https://fund-blazer.live/travel-newsletter%3C/a%3E%3C/span%3E and completing the entry form with your name and email address (collectively the “Entry Information”). Each such submission of Entry Information will count as an “Entry” in the Sweepstakes where the entry is submitted; provided, however that there is a LIMIT of one (1) Entry per person during each Entry Period in which the Sweepstakes is conducted. All subsequent Entries submitted by a single entrant during the Entry Period are void. Each Entry must be submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the email address provided. Use of automated devices is prohibited; automated Entries (including but not limited to Entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service) are not permitted and may result in disqualification. Although online access and an e-mail account are required in order to participate, no purchase is required in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free access to computers and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free e-mail accounts. If any of the information you provide is inaccurate, you will be excluded from this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries deemed untruthful or ineligible in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute concerning entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email address, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of qualifying entrants. Entries must be completed and successfully received within the Entry Period to be considered for the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by NerdWallet, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are 21 years of age or older and open to legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, their immediate families, and household members (whether related or not), of Sponsor, or Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising agencies are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all United States federal, state, and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any winner.

PRIZE: There will be a total of two (2) Prize Winners. Two (2) Prize Winners will receive one (1) private 30-minute Zoom travel coaching session worth an estimated value of $250. The total value of all prizes awarded will be one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($500). Travel coaching sessions must be redeemed within six (6) months. The random drawing and awarding of the prize(s) will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor whose decision is final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor.

DETERMINATION OF WINNER: Sponsor will randomly select all winners from all eligible entries received by the Entry Period (each, a “Prize Winner”). The random selection will occur on or about February 2, 2026. Sponsor will notify the Prize Winners by email to claim the prize. The Prize Winners must reply to the notification within 48 hours, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The winning entry will be confirmed by appropriate employees of Sponsor whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to a Prize Winner’s email address or other information which may interfere with winner notification. To qualify for a prize, a Prize Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Consent to Publicity, Liability Waiver, and federal and state tax release, all of which must be executed and returned within two (2) days of the issuance of notification or such other date set forth in the notification by Sponsor. Failure to comply with all instructions in a prize notification or if a prize is returned as non-deliverable may result in disqualification of the entry and the selection of an alternate Prize Winner.

PRIZE TERMS: Sponsor will strive to deliver prizes within four (4) weeks of the confirmation of the Prize Winners. Any federal, state, local and other taxes and any duties on a prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No substitution or transfer of the prize will be offered or permitted. If a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: An eligible entrant must enter by completing the entry procedures as described in these Official Rules. All entries submitted that are not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Incomplete entries are void, including any inappropriate, incomplete or duplicative entries. Neither Sponsor, nor Sponsor Parties (defined below), assumes any responsibility for late, lost, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries. Any entrant that provides materially false information shall be disqualified. By entering, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Proof of posting, sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. By submitting any information or content to Sponsor Parties, you represent that you have the full legal right to provide such information and that use of the information by Sponsor Parties will not (a) infringe any intellectual property rights of any person or entity or any rights of publicity, personality, or privacy of any person or entity; (b) violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; or (c) constitute disclosure of any confidential information owned by any third party.

RELEASE: By entering this Sweepstakes, you hereby certify that you have complied with all the rules of this Sweepstakes and that you have committed no fraud or deception in entering this Sweepstakes or in claiming any Prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES THAT SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, AND ALL OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES (COLLECTIVELY, “SPONSOR PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY, THE ENTRANT FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. SPONSOR PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND THE SELECTED PRIZE WINNERS WAIVE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SPONSOR PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOST REVENUES OR LOST PROFITS, WHICH MAY OR DOES RESULT FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE REMEDIES OTHERWISE AVAILABLE FAIL OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor Parties are not responsible or liable for any events beyond their control, which may cause this Sweepstakes to be stopped, including any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, nor are they responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, filtering or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, insufficient space in an entrant’s account to receive messages or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this giveaway or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, typographical errors, technical failures, fraud, low participation, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor Parties that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes. Sponsor Parties reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. When used herein, the words “includes” and “including” and their syntactical variations shall be deemed followed by the words “without limitation.” ANY ACT OR ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ACT OR ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACT OR ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes and all matters, issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, Prize Winners, and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California] or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California. You explicitly consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts. You explicitly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any right you may otherwise have to challenge the appropriateness of such forums, whether on the basis of the doctrine of forum non conveniens, lack of personal jurisdiction, or otherwise.
